The Cure for Serial Monogamy

The definition of a serial monogamist is someone who goes from relationship to relationship without ever being truly single. The term is often used in reference to men who cheat on their present long-term girlfirend with their future long-term girlfriend, like my ex. Yikes!

Well, I certainly didn't cheat or start any relationships while with someone. However, I call myself a serial monogamist because it generally didn't take me long after breaking up from one very long term relationship to begin the next relationship. 

The Cure?

Spend time being single. Society trains us to believe that It's a disease to be a "single woman."

Single time is critical to our self development. Every date doesn't have to be in pursuit of "the one." It can be incredibly freeing just to date to meet new people and have fun.

Therefore my serial monogamist sisters, you are not allowed to pursue the one until you complete a full game of single bingo.
